Jesse Tripp leads the Professional Customer Support Services team which includes Allscripts PM for Pro, Professional EHR, Heritage, MyWay, Hardware Support, Hardware Implementations and Proactive Technical Services. He is a solutions-oriented Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) Professional with over 18 years of experience in HIT, plus another five years of experience in healthcare facility management and direct patient care. Jesse has held roles including Director of Technical Support Services at Allscripts, Manager of Product Release Services and Interface Support at Allscripts and Misys Healthcare, Eastern US Area Manager EMR Support at Misys Healthcare, Regional Manager and Clinical Implementations at Misys Healthcare and Medic Computer Systems, and EMR Project Manager and EMR Account Manager at Medic. Prior to his HIT roles, Jesse worked in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology at various facilities in Northeast Texas. Jesse graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biology and worked on his Masters of OT at TWU in Denton, TX.
